Mat Pilates at Currarong Hall
A 4 week commitment designed to progressively see changes in movements that we revisit from week to week.
Mat Pilates Online
You’ll join live via Zoom, so you’ll still get real-time guidance, encouragement, and that supportive community feel, just online. All you need is a computer and a mat, with enough space around you to move comfortably.
Reformer Private or Duo
Reformer Pilates class for 1 or 2 people, tailored to your goals.
