Mat Pilates is back for summer! Join us at 76 Warrain Cres, Currarong (right next to Peel’s Coffee Van).
Classes start at 7:00am, with an optional post-class coffee and ocean dip.

Classes run for 45 minutes. Mat’s provided or bring your own.

$20 a class. Cash preferred.

mat pilates

A mat Pilates class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and body awareness using your own body weight. barre pilates

Barre/Chair Pilates focuses on building lower body strength, core stability, and balance through controlled, supported movements. Using a chair or barre, you'll tone your legs, glutes, and core while improving posture and alignment. The class finishes with dedicated stretching to aid recovery and leave you feeling strong & balanced.

mat flow pilates

Mat Flow Pilates is a gentle, slow-paced class that emphasizes controlled movements to stretch and lengthen the body. Focusing on improving mobility, flexibility, and recovery, this class helps release tension while building core stability and body awareness.

Reformer pilates

Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout that uses a spring-loaded machine to build strength, flexibility, and balance. With controlled movements and resistance, it targets deep muscles, improves posture, and enhances core stability. Perfect for all levels, it’s a low-impact yet highly effective way to tone, align, and feel your best!
